The Alternative Dispute Resolution Board of Department of Law, University of Calcutta was constituted in the year 2023.

The ADR Board conducts weekly sessions and invites experts from the field of ADR to train the students better.

 

This Board aims to spread awareness about the recent rules and regulations in the Alternate Dispute Industry. It also aims to spread knowledge on Mediation which is a lesser known contemporary legal field. 

 

The Board also encourages students to take part in different Mediation and Negotiation Competitions and Arbitration Moots which gives the students a better understanding about Alternative Dispute Resolution.
